Dr. Chang was born in Taiwan but lived in Texas most of his life.  He attended M.I.T. and went to medical school in Texas where he did his residency at Parkland Hospital. Dr. Chang has been an OB-GYN for over 5 years and speaks several languages including Chinese and Spanish.

He is excited to be in the Pacific Northwest.  He is married with two daughters and looks forward to many years of enjoying the Pacific Northwest and serving all of your ob/gyn needs
