Western Osteopathic of the Pacific
Kristy grew up in Puyallup, Washington. She attended Washington State
University, where she earned an undergraduate degree in biology. During college,
she spent two months in the Dominican Republic brushing up on her Spanish skills
and working in public health. Following college, Dr. Thompson went directly to
medical school at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic
Medicine. During medical school, she married her husband Jeff and their
daughter, Payton, soon followed. Kristy enjoys the full spectrum of practice
available in family medicine. She has a special interest in women's health and
pediatrics. She hopes to continue to use her Spanish language skills in practice
as well. Outside of medicine, Dr. Thompson enjoys spending time with her family.
They enjoy outdoor activities and working on their new home.
