� 3-5 years experience as CRNA or equivalent education and/or experience

� Must pass credentialing process of medical staff office

� WA State RN and ARNP License

� CRNA, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and current Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certifications or completion of NRP probationary period

� Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

� Ability to analyze/problem solve

� Medical terminology

� Advanced knowledge of anesthesia issues related to laboring women

� Prefer: Master�s in Anesthesiology with 5-8 years CRNA experienced
