Diana Tiganus, M.D.

Dr. Tiganus was born in a beautiful mountain city in Transylvania, Romania, no relation to Dracula though! She became focused on computer science in high school and her adventuresome spirit took her to the United States during her senior year. A year in the USA was a life changing experience. Diana returned to her home country to pursue a medical education in the beautiful and modern city of Timisoara, where the traditional University of Medicine and Pharmacy is located. What attracted Dr. Tiganus to medicine (besides her innate curiosity) was the Hippocratic oath; the principal of do no harm. Diana became committed to living her life with the Hippocratic Oath, never causing harm, and trying to help others to the best of her ability. Once earning the medical degree and a license to practice, Dr. Tiganus made the difficult decision to leave her home country and return to the United States.
