Environmental Services Technician - 8462 |
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 6 plus months experience in production, service and/or janitorial industry that may have included cleanroom environment
- Food service or similar job that required detailed, end-of-shift cleaning or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions and safety precautions
- Working knowledge of safe and sanitary housekeeping procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills that allow completion of mandatory education and accurate entry of work hours
- Ability to use pager and telephone systems
- Prefer: Experience performing a variety of general cleaning tasks in healthcare environment helpful; ability to communicate orally; experience in healthcare facility or similar setting
