Southwest does not collect or store any information that you enter into your
computer, with the following exceptions:
- Website caching, as part of the normal process of web-browsing. All such
caches are routinely cleared and are not accessible to unauthorized
personnel.
- Security logs compiled during routine Wi-Fi appropriate use audits. All
logs are strictly controlled by authorized security personnel and are kept for
no more than 90 days, unless there is an incident
investigation.
