- Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing
- New graduate or experienced RN (or equivalent education and/or experience); may require pediatric experience
- WA State RN Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year of hire
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate clinical information
- Strong analysis/problem solving skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Computer skills
- Ability to teach
- Knowledge of nursing processes and practices
- Prefer: Bachelor�s of Science in Nursing with acute care nursing experience; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
