Surgical Practices Join Southwest Medical Group

Two surgical practices representing 10 general surgeons have merged into Southwest Medical Group. Pacific Surgical Specialists and Columbia Surgical Specialists are located near Southwest Washington Medical Center's Medical Center campus on East Mill Plain Boulevard.
'In addition to growing primary care clinics, Southwest Medical Group has created the area's largest and most diverse surgical practice. They will be known as Southwest Medical Group Surgical Specialists,' said Kurt Litvin, executive director of Southwest Medical Group.
The Surgical Specialists practice includes physicians who specialize in bariatric (weight loss) surgery, breast reconstruction, colorectal surgery, gallbladder and stomach surgery, hernia repair, vein surgery, and other general surgical procedures.
