BABY BLUES CONNECTION
Baby Blues Connection offers services to postpartum women and their families who are concerned about or are experiencing postpartum depression. This includes telephone support, Mom-to-Mom support groups, information packets, guest speakers and guidance.

Questions? Concerns? Need some friendly reassurance? Join us Thursday mornings for a casual visit with other breastfeeding moms and a lactation specialist. You do not need to register for this program. No need to register.
MOMMIES AND MOVERS SUPPORT GROUP, Friday, 10:00 a.m., Health Education Center, 92nd Avenue
Sharing group for parents and children 6 months and older. No need to register. Friday mornings (except major holidays)
MOTHERS SHARE SUPPORT GROUP, Mondays, 10:00 a.m., Family Birth Center Classroom
A support group for new parents and babies up to 6 months old. Drop by the Health Education Center every Monday (except major holidays) to find support and friendship during your transition to motherhood. You do not need to register for this program.
MULTIPLES SUPPORT GROUP, Fridays, 10:00 a.m., Family Birth Center Classroom
Multiples Support Group is for both expectant and new parents who are wondering or experiencing what it's like to have multiples.
Parents and babies can drop by the Health Education Center every Friday morning (except major holidays) for information and support to help them through the remarkable experience of life with multiples.
The group is facilitated by Family Birth Center nurses, community educators and local parents who also have twins or more.
