SOUTHWEST WELCOMES NEW LAB ADMINISTRATOR

Donald Stovall is the new administrative director of Laboratory Services at Southwest Washington Medical Center. Mr. Stovall hails from El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California, where he was vice president of Clinical and Support Services.
Stovall began his career as a Medical Technologist and spent many years as director of Laboratory Services at Washington Hospital Healthcare in Fremont, California. Stovall received his Masters of Health Administration from Central Michigan University.
After many years of overseeing a wide range of support services and departments, Stovall is now focusing his energies on Southwest's large team of laboratorians and pathologists. 'Medicine is a team sport, and great medicine takes a great team,' said Stovall.
Stovall has seven children and 15 grandchildren, and when he's not at work he enjoys traveling and genealogy.
