EKG Technician - Electrocardiology |
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Up to 12 months training in reading and understanding EKGs, specifically stress testing
- 6 months to 1 year experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certificate
- Good oral/written communication skills
- Computer skills to include typing of 50 wpm
- Medical terminology
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
