Job Details:

Meets requirements for specialized licensure
1-3 years direct patient care with acute or skilled nursing facility or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience
WA State LPN Licensure with 30 hours or more IV certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
Good oral/written communication, analysis/problem solving skills and skills acquired through completion of LPN certification
Prefer: Additional training beyond LPN certification, Bachelors degree and/or 3 plus years acute care experience
