Bachelor of Science or Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy

1 plus years' in a hospital clinical environment or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience

WA State Pharmacist Licensure plus 15 hours of Continuing Education per year

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers within 3 months of hire

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to analyze/problem solve

Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team

Computer skills including data entry

Proven leadership ability

Knowledge of pharmacology and issues related to appropriate and accurate dispensing of medication to patients

Prefer: Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program
