- Bachelor of Science or Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- 1 plus years' in a hospital clinical environment or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- WA State Pharmacist Licensure plus 15 hours of Continuing Education per year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers within 3 months of hire
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze/problem solve
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Computer skills including data entry
- Proven leadership ability
- Knowledge of pharmacology and issues related to appropriate and accurate dispensing of medication to patients
- Prefer: Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program
