Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Care |
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program
- 1 plus years' experience or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- WA State Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate clinical information
- Strong analysis/problem solving skills
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques
- Medical terminology
- Ability to respond in emergent situations
- Ability to teach patients/families about procedures
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Computer skills
- Prefer: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
