High school diploma or equivalent

2 plus years in a food service operation with at least 1.5 years in direct customer service and cash register experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Must be at least 21 years of age

Current WA State Food and Beverage Service Worker's Permit

Current and valid driver's license

Verifiable good driving record (no history of DUI or major traffic infractions and not more than 1 moving violation in the prior 3 years) (loss of ability to be insured through SWMC will constitute removal from the position)

Good oral and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment

Understanding of safe and sanitary food handling practices
