Patient Greeter - Southwest Medical Group |
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must demonstrate sensitivity to patients and families, socio-economic, cultural and special needs
- Demonstrated prioritization, initiative and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team
- Computer skills to include ability to keyboard at 45 WPM, ability to quickly and accurately enter data and to navigate multiple software programs; working knowledge of database systems
- Ability to multi task; learn new skills to adapt to changing needs
