Chief - CRNA's WA State RN License and ARNP/CRNA Certifications Master's degree in Anesthesiology 5-10 years (or may have equivalent education and/or experience).
CT Technologist ARRT and WA State Licensure as a Radiology Technologist Associate's degree or 25 to 36 months of training in Radiology 1-3 years as an ARRT (or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience).

Clinic Coder RHIT Associate's degree or 25-36 months of training in Health Information Management 1-3 years in a physician's office (or may have equivalent combination of education and experience).
Clinic LPN WA State LPN License, BLS Certification Specialized training of 13 to 24 months 1-3 years of recent family practice/primary care/urgent care clinic experience (or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience).

Emergency Dept Technician EDT, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); Basic Life Support (BLS); must complete WA State health Care Assistant (HCA) within 6 months of hire Specialized training up to 12 months, in emergency services, or nursing. Phlebotomy, completion of program or equivalent 6 months to 1 year in emergency services or nursing, 0-6 months in phlebotomy (or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience).
Emergency Nurse Coder WA State RN License; Basic Life Support (BLS) Associate's degree in Nursing 3-5 years of broad-based emergency department experience (or may have equivalent combination of education and experience).
