Manager - SEA/Chemical Dependency Svcs N/A Master's Degree in behavioral sciences, social work, nursing sciences, or a related field. Course work/training in chemical dependency (270 hours minimum). Training in clinical supervision (30 hours minimum). 5-10 years with 2 years in direct treatment of mentally ill, 2 years in direct treatment of chemically dependent and 3 years management and supervisory experience.
Maternity Care Coordinator WA State RN License and Certification as a Childbirth Educator Associate's degree in Nursing or 25 to 36 months of training 3-5 years (or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience).
Medical Assistant I Certifiable under the WA State healthcare assistant act; BLS certification High School and GED and graduation from a medical assistant program (AAMA accredited preferred) 6 months to 1 year or completion of student internship at Southwest; family practice or OB/PEDS, EKG, phlebotomy, injection skills and diagnostic screening
Medical Assistant II Certifiable under the WA State healthcare assistant act; BLS certification; certifiable as WA State Registered Radiological Technologist High School or equivalent and graduation from a medical assistant program 1-2 years experience in family practice, including pediatrics, OB or urgent care; EKG, phlebotomy, injection skills, diagnostic screening, diagnostic imaging
Medical Assistant/Referral Coordinator Medical Assistant or LPN Specialized training of 13 to 24 months after high school 1-3 years documented recent experience
Medical Lab Technician ASCP or equivalent, and completion of Board of Registry exam as a Medical Lab Technician or Clinical Lab Technician Associate's degree or 25 to 35 months training in Science, Medical Technology or related fields No previous experience (or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience).

Nuclear Med Technologist Board Certification through NMTCB or certification eligible, ARRT, or equivalent and WA State Licensure as a Certified Radiological Technologist, Nuclear Medicine. Board eligible technologists may occupy a position on a probationary basis until passing results are obtained from earliest available examination. Associate's degree or 25 to 36 months of training in Nuclear Medicine Technology 3-12 months (or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience).

Per Diem RN WA State RN License Graduate of an accredited school/college for Nursing RN with minimum of 1 year of acute hospital experience working at an RN in the past 3 years or 2 years of acute hospital experience working as a RN in the past 5 years
Per Diem Respiratory Therapist Certified NBRC Certification and WA State License as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, BLS certified Certificate of completion of 1 year Respiratory Care Schooling 6 months to 1 year (or may have equivalent combination of education and/or experience).
