The Heart and Vascular Center open heart surgical team includes highly skilled and nationally recognized surgeons, anesthesiologists and the medical center's highly trained nurses and technicians. Our vascular surgeons use state-of-the-art techniques to treat vein and artery problems.

Patients receive post surgical care in the medical center's newly expanded cardiac care unit designed especially to care for heart surgery patients. The cardiac care team works closely with patients and families to speed recovery from surgery and to manage other existing medical conditions.
