Solutions Employee Assistance is a free, confidential counseling service. Your employer provides this employee assistance program (EAP) as a resource for you and your family members.
Solutions Employee Assistance is a full-service employee assistance program (EAP). We provide confidential mental health and chemical dependency assessments, counseling services, case management, and information/referral services to employees of our contracted companies. We also assist supervisors and human resource professionals through our training and consultation services. An added benefit of our program is our ability to provide critical incident stress debriefing services to company personnel when disaster or tragedy strikes in the workplace.
Solutions has been serving businesses in our community for over 20 years. We are Clark County's only locally owned and operated employee assistance program (EAP). Solutions is a program of the Behavioral Health Services Department of Southwest Washington Medical Center.
How can an Employee Assistance Program help me?
The purpose of an EAP is to assist employees and their dependent family members. The EAP is a resource to help you deal with personal and professional problems.
What problems does my EAP handle?
Look at your EAP as a "first-aid" mental health center. We provide assistance with:
- marriage
- family
- parenting issues
- relationship problems
- drinking or drug use concerns
- job difficulties
- burn-out
- any mental or emotional stress

Where are EAP services provided?
Counseling assistance is primarily provided in our offices at Memorial Health Center, 3400 Main Street, Vancouver. In some cases, we refer to community counseling, self-help, our nation-wide affiliate network, or other resources.
