• Enter the campus through 33rd Street (yellow lines on map below)
   
• Park in the lots on either side of the entrance drive or on the west lot along Washington Street
   
• Enter the building through the 33rd Street Entrance
   
• Turn left from the entrance to the elevators
   
• Take the elevators to the second floor
   
• Turn left after exiting the elevators
   
• FOR HOMECARE AND HOSPICE: The first office on the left.
   
• FOR THE BEREAVEMENT CENTER: Go down the hallway from the elevators to the next hallway on the left. Turn left and proceed about hafway down the hall to the Bereavement Center on the right   

PLEASE NOTE: The second floor in the 33rd part of the building is the same level as the first floor if entering from Main Street. The floor designation changes at the skybridge corridor connecting the two buildings.
