Solutions Employee Assistance offers brief counseling services. Take this simple survey and see if you could benefit by having someone to talk to.

Have you been feeling sad or down for two weeks or more?
Has worry and anxiety been troubling you lately?
Do you feel stuck; like your life has come to a standstill?
Do you find yourself drinking more than usual lately?
Are you irritable when you come home from work and can't figure out why?
Is your child acting out in some negative way at home, at school, or in the community?
Are you finding yourself dissatisfied or disillusioned with your job?
Are you experiencing stress due to care of an elderly parent?
Are you finding yourself dissatisfied with your significant relationship?
Are you facing a crisis of identity, transition, or spirituality?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you could probably benefit from seeing a counselor. Entering a course of counseling is very common. More people than you think (family members, coworkers and friends) are benefiting from counseling right now.

If you are finding yourself enjoying your life less than usual, come and see us. We will be happy to talk with you about the issues involved and help you find solutions to your current problems.
