About us. Family Medicine of Southwest Washington serves our community by providing a medical home that is patient and family-centered. A three-year family practice residency program, we are affiliated with the University of Washington Medical School.

Approach. Our faculty doctors and residents emphasize prevention to help you stay healthy and to diagnose and treat you when you are ill. Faculty doctors serve as teachers as well as seeing their own patients. Residents are doctors receiving their clinical training. They provide continuing and comprehensive care to the total family unit. They use a concept that integrates the patient, medical associates, and the physician into an effective health care team.

Taking time. Our health providers give personalized, complete health care, which means taking the time to answer questions and address concerns. We offer same day appointments and you may choose your personal doctor.

Services include:

  • health care for adults, teens and seniors
  • care for children and adolescents ranging from sports physicals to immunizations
  • acute illness evaluation and treatment
  • preventative health care and well-child exams
  • pregnancy tests, prenatal care, and family planning
  • chronic disease management, such as diabetes
